Using our own internally developed algorithm and global network of tax consultants, we help companies implement the right remote work model that helps them navigate the full range of tax and employment law risks, regardless of whether that is setting up an entity, using an employer of record, hiring via contractors or availing of digital nomad visas.

Our Background

Co-Founders, John Lee and Donal Brady are passionate about helping people make Work From Anywhere a reality. They have been remote workers themselves, between them travelling to over 70 countries.

They are both Chartered Accountants and have held senior finance roles for global multinationals addressing the work from anywhere challenges that they’re now helping to solve.

John and Donal started off as college buddies and their love of travel and culture grew while studying in Germany. Over their careers, they have worked across EMEA, APAC, and the US.

John Lee

Co-Founder

John Lee speaks 6 languages and has travelled to 60+ countries. Over the last 20 years he has lived in Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and Thailand. His previous start-up, CultureMee, an intercultural communication platform, won “Best Travel Technology Product” at the Global Youth Travel Awards in 2018. Prior to CultureMee, John held senior finance roles in FTSE listed CRH Plc. There, he travelled to over 150+ locations over a 10 year period and got to see first hand the challenges of dealing with complex corporate tax, individual tax and employment law across multiple jurisdictions.

Donal Brady

Co-Founder

Donal Brady speaks a paltry 5 languages, has travelled to 60+ countries and worked in 7. Having spent 7 years working for the world’s leading medical & travel security assistance company, International SOS, he followed his heart into the start-up world, joining Intelledox ahead of their acquisition by Accel-KKR backed Smart Communications, where he lead the APAC Finance team, partnered the global Professional Services business and had first hand experience in managing the many tax and employment challenges of a distributed workforce.
