Work From Anywhere Shortlisted in the 2024 Reward Strategy Awards
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for two awards as the Reward Strategy Awards sponsored by PwC at the London Hilton Bankside on the 10th September.
Since we won our most recent award at the Relocate Global awards in June 2024, we have continued to grow with customers now in over 10 countries globally, including a number of Fortune 500 companies, and one of the key enablers of this has been Heads of Reward who appreciate the importance of rethinking employee benefits.
There is no one size fits all for employee benefits, but one of the core employee benefits we are seeing is the importance of offering international remote work flexibility to employees.
We’ve already seen with Spotify how this has led to a reduction in attrition by 15% or how Airbnb doubled the visitors to their careers page the month after they announced their WFA policy.
We have been proud to offer our technology, together with our partners at Mercer and Fragomen, as a key strategic enabler for many work from anywhere policies for companies around the world and we’re grateful for this recognition in the rewards community.
