Work From Anywhere Series | Episode 16: My Work From Anywhere Dream

Is remote work anywhere a dream? Or can it be turned into a reality? What are the barriers to doing so and the opportunities for companies that get this right?

Welcome to the remote work from anywhere series. This is a series featuring some of the leading people around the world in remote work, global mobility and work from anywhere compliance (remote work tax, employment law, digital nomads, etc.).

We are delighted to bring you our latest episode in the Work From Anywhere Series to dig deeper with our guests into the future of global mobility in a work from anywhere world.

This was the inspiration behind this week’s episode moderated by John Lee of The Work From Anywhere Team and we were delighted to be joined by some serious subject matter experts in Daphnée Laforest, Distributed Workplace Strategist and Host of Remote First Podcast, Carsten Reimann, CEO of Yaloya Club and Host of Lawyers on Fire podcast as well as Roberta Sawatzky, ‘Work from anywhere’ advocate, Consultant and Professor at Okanagan School of Business.

If you could work from anywhere, where would it be? And why would you work there?

What are you looking for when it comes to international remote working? And what are the challenges and opportunities this all brings to both individuals and companies?

While the pandemic brought so much uncertainty, fear and isolation…the silver lining for many was that it simultaneously ushered in the most sudden change in generations with the way we think about work.

We experienced the difficult moments of the pandemic ordeal.

Now it’s time to dream. To dream about the future of work, the future of travel and the future of work from anywhere.

P.S. Did you know that we recently launched a Work From Anywhere White Paper in partnership with the Global Mobility Executive and RoRemote?
